- Ensured that daily book keeping was per the standard of Bank of Uganda (regulatory body).
- Gained insight into foreign exchange dealing and negotiation, increased the number of regular clients, and brought in 3 major clients. This also led to a 30% increase in overall profitability.
- Managed a team of six staff and all operations with minimal supervision from the Managing Director, which was a great responsibility as it involved large sums of cash.

Operations Manager - Crane Bank Ltd - Jul 2013 - Sep 2014 (1 year 3 months)
As an Assistant HR Manager:
- Implemented an award for ‘Employee of the Month’ to motivate staff which was well received 
-  Responsible for first tier disciplinary actions including attendance, uniforms, and general corporate behaviour
- Member of the interviewers’ panel for the recruitment of young talent
- Organised internal events for the staff
As an Operations Manager :
- Inaugurated and managed a new branch for six months, leading a team of five
- Stood in for the branch manager in his absence
- Oversaw that all processes and procedures were met according to the Bank of Uganda standards
- Ensured that all financial, anti-fraud controls were in place for smooth operations
- Achieved my target of Ugx 200 million by bringing in new clients
As a Supervisor:
- Worked in one of the busiest branches, dealt with TT’s, money transfers and back office transactions, fully trained as a banking assistant in local and foreign currencies as well as a chief cashier
