Richard Lihaniku

Am a graduate with bachelor's degree in horticulture. I have 3 years  work experience. I worked with novixa international company as a field sales promoter assigned with the duty of selling of product known as osa rice and osa granules. In this company I sold large quantities of product until many companies developed interest in me. Currently am working as a farm manager at luste Agri farm in naivasha. Here iam tusked with the hiring and training workers, controlling spray in the farm, scheduling crop rotation program, overseeing greenhouse operations, animal husbandry, maintaining and operating farm machineries amongst many other duties.

I have worked with novixa international company as a field sales promoter for 1 year. I was promoting products known as osa rice and osa granules. Throughout that time I was able to sell large quantities of the products to the farmers untill so many companies developed interest in me. I have worked with luste Agri farm in naivasha as a farm manager for 3 years. I was managing farm operations such as crop protection, animal husbandry, maintaining and reperaring farm tools and equipments, greenhouse operations, irrigation,bee keeping.

Am a graduate with bachelor's degree in horticulture from University of kabianga, I also have quality assurance knowledge, am a computer litrate, I possess plumbing knowledge I have knowledge in modern landscaping industry among many more other knowledge.
