I am an enthusiastic and passionate Educational professional with over 15 years proven record facilitating improvements in instructions and student learning improving the well being of students and institutional performance. As an experienced, excellent Cambridge A level Chemistry and Biology/International Baccalaureate Curriculum(IB) educator with specialty in delivering the Middle Years Programme (MYP), Biology/Chemistry and Diploma Programme (DP) Biology and Chemistry combined with ESL I have proven ability to use the IB constructivist approach of Inquiry, Action and reflection to develop open ended classrooms where different views and perspectives are valued. With the use of ICT interactive learner centred approach in the teaching of A level Chemistry and Biology, 1 am able to create interactive lessons that arouse the interest of learners in science, sustain the interest of the learners as well as link the content learnt in class to real life situations. I am an individual with adept knowledge in mentoring, coaching, and leading teachers and staff, helping them to hone and modify their teaching skills and techniques as well as create unit plans that reflect the IB pedagogy.  I am a dynamic, autonomous, self driven and team player who is able to work in a diverse and a challenging work force under minimum supervision.

• Conducting intervention classes for those students who are struggling in Chemistry and for candidate classes in the morning and after school.
• Collaborating in the development of unit plans, preparing lesson plans, lesson notes, teaching and learning materials, and carrying out student’s assessment.

I am a holder of a Bachelor's degree in Education (Science) with speciality in delivering the IB MYP Science- Chemistry/Biology and IBDP Chemistry/Biology.

I have trained to deliver the IB MYP Science CAT 1 and 2 and IBDP Chemistry and Biology CAT 2.
