About Reba Mudavadi:
I studied Business Administration with Management and Public Administration as my majors at the University of the Western Cape, South Africa.
I am currently working at Craft Silicon Ltd as a Senior Relationship Manager where I handle Tier 1 clients and my main responsibilities include Planning, Relationship building with clients, Development, Growth and Retention of clients.
I have gained over 15 years of diversified experience and skills in customer relations from working at Celtel Kenya (now Airtel Kenya) in the Customer Service department, in my position at AccessKenya Group as an Account Manager in the Client Relations Management department, at Liquid Telecom Kenya as a National Account Manager handling Financial Services Industry clients and previously at Simbanet Company Ltd (Wananchi Group) as Enterprise Sales Manager. I also have effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, as well as good team work skills.
I also have experience in MS office – Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word, and believe my work experience can make valuable contribution to your organization.
It is my local and International experiences that have sparked my interest in applying for the above mentioned position. Within the last few years, I tackled challenges that developed me into a hardworking, committed and self-driven individual.
