I have an experience of 1 year as an Accounts assistant at Sky foods limited. The key responsibilities I was involved in includes:

1. Generating customers invoices, credit notes and reconciling customers accounts
2. Managing Petty cash, posting transactions in computerized system and reconciliation
3. Bank reconciliation
4. Preparing payment vouchers and processing suppliers payment
5. Suppliers accounts reconciliation
6. Preparing and posting general journals
7. Keeping records of all sales orders and generating sales orders report on a daily basis
8. Filing of all supporting documents and ensuring the filing system of the organization is in order
