About Ranjeeta Walia:

As a highly experienced and qualified (MBA, FCCA, FCPA(K), Certificate in Business Analytics) finance professional with over 15 years of expertise in financial strategy, analysis, planning and compliance, I am well suited for senior finance roles such as Senior Financial Analyst, CFO, Financial Controller or Head of Finance in the Development or Social Impact sector. 
I have about 19 years of experience (15 years' post qualification) of which 2.5 is in audit, 3.5 is in the corporate and banking sector and 13 years is in the development/ social impact sector.
I have experience in setting up financial systems and structures including setting up and enforcing internal financial controls, developing finance teams, financial management, reporting, planning and analysis, financial modeling, treasury management including cashflow planning and management, tax and financial compliance, grant management and reporting (including to international donors), managing audits and reviewing contracts to ensure financial compliance is taken care of.
My track record of successfully creating and managing budgets and cash-flows, ensuring timely audits and driving organisational growth and impact speaks to my ability to deliver results.
