About RAJAB KATANA:

I am Swaleh Rajab, obtained my human resource degree from maseno university.

I got my first practical experience at Butali Sugar Mills Limited, Kakamega.

I am currently working as an intern (3months) at Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited, Naivasaha.

I have experience of six months altogether, actively working in a human resource department.

I am open for any opportunity.

Experience

1. Provide clerical and administrative support to human resource executives
2. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

3. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
(staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance)
4. Dealing with employee requests regarding Human resources issues, rules and
regulations.
5. Issuance and receiving of HR – employee correspondences
6. Updating of accidents report motor vehicle and WIBA
7. Dispatch of HR correspondences
8. Update on synergy attendance on daily basis, overtime and night shift for
payroll preparation
9. Attending disciplinary Hearings
