Rachel Macharia. Close to a decade in the aviation industry. Having worked for the Pride of Africa , a ground handling company and the world's leading airline. With vast experience in different departments, from a staff travel department to the call center and also as team lead in customer service and flight operations.
Passionate about customer service. My goal is delivering customer satisfaction by providing exceptional and excellent service.
Experience
4years (2014-2018) at Kenya Airways. 2 years (2018-2020) at Qatar airways. 1 year (2021-2022) at Swissport International. Currently Qatar Airways from 2022- date.
