I am a motivated and customer-oriented Operations and Customer Service manager with 8 + years of experience in building client relationships, customer engagement, driving revenue and retention, and successfully working with commercial industries. I am highly proficient at Social Media Engagement, Problem Solving, Account Management, and Brand Activation Management.
