I have over 10 years of progressive experience across administration, sales coordination, logistics, customer service, and NGO program support in international, corporate, and humanitarian environments.
My background includes coordinating complex order processing, managing end-to-end shipment logistics, supporting high-performing sales teams, and ensuring smooth office and operational management. I’ve worked with major organizations such as GEA Group (Middle East), Mercy Ships, Golden Africa, Klingspor (Dubai), and Airtel, gaining strong expertise in documentation, ERP systems (SAP & Oracle), CRM management, and reporting, scheduling, and cross-department communication.
I also bring NGO experience from KICOSHEP, where I have trained communities in income-generating activities and supported field projects.
My career shows a consistent ability to improve efficiency, support leadership teams, maintain accurate data, handle client relations, and coordinate processes across multiple departments.
Education
I hold a Diploma in Business Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, giving ME a strong foundation in administration, operations, and organizational processes. I further strengthened my professional profile with additional certifications, including a Diploma in Information Technology from Alison, expanding my technical and people-support skills.
I also completed specialized training in Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation through Philanthropy University, enhancing my ability to track performance, manage data, and support project reporting. Alongside this, I gained hands-on computer application skills through a Certificate in Computer Packages (MS Office Suite, PageMaker, and typing).
