I am a talented Human Resource and Administration Professional with excellent skills and knowledge in key functions such as recruitment and selection, performance management, welfare administration, employee relations, training and development among others. I have wide knowledge in developing, implementing and evaluating personnel and labor relations strategies including employee policies, programs and procedures. I have a hands-on experience in payroll administration, benefits and employee compensation. In addition, I can handle data management, manage scheduled meetings, developing presentations, drafting correspondence, meeting, travel logistics, customer service, managing the office budget and answer interoffice inquiries and communicating all operational data to management.
