Relevant Experience:   

I have served as the Director for Finance & Administration for twelve (12) years, within which period I horned my skills in Administration, Financial analysis, Financial reporting, Budgeting, payroll administration, financial controls, procurement, Cash flow management, Accounts Receivable & Payables management, Maintenance of Charts of Accounts, Preparation of Board Reports and Team Leadership, among other roles.

Furthermore, I have been the Head of Internal Audit for five years where I was responsible for the development & continuous review of the Audit Manual, carrying out Routine & Systems audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, undertaking investigations into frauds & other malpractice’s, reviewing all Internal Audit Reports before circulation , supervision of Internal Audit Department and coordinating External Audits.   

Qualifications: 

Academically, I hold a bachelor's and master's degree in business administration specializing in accounting and Finance. Professionally, I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 25 years of post- qualifications experience and therefore knowledgeable in all accounting and financial management matters.

I have a Masters Degree in Bsiness Admnistration (MBA Finance) , PhD in Business Administration (On-going at Dissertation stage) and a fully qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPAK) with wellover 20 years post qualification experience.
