I am a highly accomplished former military professional with more than 17 years successful experience in leading security operations. I have significant experience in security and logistics management alongside a strong background in military security strategic planning and resource utilisation as well as an ability to manage multiple tasks at any given moment. I am proficient in preparing security plans, analyzing operations programs, implementing security procedures, developing emergency protocols, investigating security incidents, crisis management, administration of staff and logistics, performing risk assessment for a safe environment and determining and effecting the training needs of personnel. Additionally, I am an effective team leader who uses tact and diplomacy to solve problems and drive high performance.
