I have worked for Essenspark Limited, a health and safety consultancy firm based in Nairobi. Some of the responsibilities I was tasked with were:

• Enforcing Covid-19 safety protocols at the workplace as per MoH 

• Attending weekly Safaricom and Suppliers meetings 

• Daily and weekly reporting 

• Risk assessments and treatments 

• Weekly vehicle inspections 

• Performing periodic EHS inspections of work areas and equipment to ensure worker safety. 

• Prepared reports on any observed violations and recommended ways to correct issues. 

• Serving on EHS Committee and discussing any observed issues. 

• Staying current on all environmental safety regulations 

• Checking for clear safety violations and alerted upper management 

• Supervises the ES&H Management functions. Prepares, coordinates, implements, and monitors ES&H policies, plans, and procedures to ensure the maximum safety of personnel, equipment, the environment, and property. I have a bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety under public health from Kenyatta University. The course work included but was not limited to project management, microbiology, food safety, ergonomics, machinery safety, chemical safety, occupational health and safety legislations among others.

Prior to this, I got B+ in my KCSE examination, my subjects were English, Swahili, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, and Business studies
