I am a seasoned Enterprise Solutions Manager/Presales Engineer. My key strengths are in Cybersecurity(Hybrid) and Elastic Communications(DWDM, High Capacity PTP/PTMP, UCaaS and DMR/TETRA). Communications are advancing and everyday it’s getting more riskier being digital. My goal is to ensure I protect your digital way of life as I make it more robust and fast.

1. Sales Engineer - Securex Agencies Ltd - July 2022 to Present : I am incharge of Physical Security Solutions, Two-Way Radion and Emerging technologies. My daily activities involve analyzing customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis to improve the client IT/OT environments.
2. Solutions Manager - Amiran Communications Ltd - June 2019 to June 2022 : Pre-Sales Engineer for Cyber-Security is responsible for designing, developing, and pricing solutions based on client requests. They work closely with Account Managers to meet customer expectations, coordinating engagements with vendor partners and customers. The engineer supports Account Managers by providing information on their portfolio solutions and other relevant solutions. They prepare design schematics and documents, review documents for junior team members, and ensure smooth handover of solutions to the implementation team. They are accountable for achieving annual solutions targets and expanding knowledge through training and certifications. I delivered trainings, updates documentation, tracks engagement updates, and serves as the technical point of contact for Wireless and Cyber Security solutions.
3. Technical Support Engineer - Internet Solutions (Currently DImension Data) - Jul 2018 to Jan 2019 : The role involved providing technical and functional support to client projects and the technical team as needed. This includes hands-on resolution of daily technical issues related to emails and internet. The responsibilities also encompassed installing and supporting a Mail Server (specifically Mdaemon), managing distressed clients during support interactions, documenting troubleshooting and problem-solving steps, installing and supporting firewalls (Cyberoam, Mikrotik) in transparent/gateway mode to secure user networks and enforce productivity by restricting access to non-work-related online resources. Additionally, the position entailed providing support to users and network administrators through telephone and email communication.
