I have a Higher National diploma in electrical engineering and my courses centered on telecommunication engineering. I work as field technician at broadband communication network limited Safaricom Contractors where I have gained valuable experience working with professionals in this field. My experience includes working with broadband data, different routes and switches experience, and fiber optic cabling.My experience also includes fieldwork and conducting inspections on user equipment and systems to determine if there are potential problems that could cause major issues in the near future or if an upgrade is in order. I have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to the problems users have in order to determine the cause and then the troubleshooting skills to find a solution to correct the problem. 

• Conduct site surveys and installations of telecommunication and IT services and equipment.
• Provide technicalguidance to clientsand team members.
• Perform supportand preventive maintenance services.
• Analyze and interpret data for network optimization.
• Ensure projectsare delivered on time and within budget.
• Hands-on experience with fiber transmission principles, splicing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Cisco and Huawei equipment.
