Iam a policy maker, with proper guidelines ,both nationally, and internationally these includes financial policies, procurement regulations with set out outlined guidelines framework to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all programs/ projects within my discretion
 I have dealt with sizeable projects with budgets, projects related in resource management, environment, agricultural ,sustainable development, security and Education among others, where I acquired skills in budget making process , making budget proposals, approving budgets of sizeable projects at the government level, Monitoring and evaluation element by using both Rural participatory approaches for sustainable development
. I have been in a position to offer technical know how to various departments in project management, procurement units, Financial matter, offering Policy Guidelines in management of Programs , making daily, weekly timely, Quarterly and annually reports in procurement reports, financial ,auditing reports among others.
