Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Debtors & Creditors.

Record, Post, update, balancing and reconciliation of general ledger.

Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, cash, sales and all inventories and stock.
o
Responsible for the preparations and submission of periodic statutory deductions before set deadlines.
o
Administering VAT and Withholding Taxes
o
Inventory control and management, assist in monitoring and management of inventories as well as subsequent procurements.
o
Proper maintenance of office related files and documentation to ensure ease retrieval of information
o
Produce actionable and accurate internal reports on a daily, weekly and monthly Basis.
o
Undertaking Preparations for the Annual Accounts Audit and assist in implementation of Audit recommendations.
o
Support finance Manager in Maintaining proper operational controls
Education
Bachelor of Science in Economics and Statistics (Second Class Upper Division)
