Experience
Currently, I am working as Administration Officer at MPESA Foundation Academy where I am tasked with providing administrative and operational support to the faculty including records and database management, calendar management, coordinating and planning meetings, managing routine day-to-day Office functions such as screening incoming correspondences, fleet management, and managing departmental filling system. I have also worked in other Executive Office Management positions including Executive Assistant to the CEO of, Methodist Church in Kenya where I acquired excellent skills and expertise in coordinating and managing all aspects of the CEO’S diary to ensure a well-organized and accessible schedule as well as an effectively prioritized workload, coordinating and organizing local and international travel arrangements, internal and external meetings, preparing travel itineraries, booking visas, flight & hotel reservations, and any other administrative support as assigned.
With strong organizational skills; the ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed-upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
