I thrive in developing, evaluating, and implementing continuous process changes to reduce waste and expenses while increasing quality and yield. Production management, quality assurance, agribusiness, safety, and environmental management are among my major competencies. Assessing projects and allocating resources, supervising production processes, controlling material and labor variance, retail branches and market quality assurance, production quality control, critical controls monitoring and verification, machinery safety, data analysis, and performing microbiology analytical work for both raw materials and finished products are some of the roles I've held. Strong awareness of safety, health, and environmental legislation and standards, as well as the ability to analyze hazards and design risk-mitigation techniques. I pay close attention to detail, am diplomatic and supportive of team members, and have strong communication skills. I have successfully implemented excellent quality control and safety procedures, fostering initiative-taking participation throughout the manufacturing floor and all functions. I am now seeking a more demanding environment in Technical production systems (APP, SHP, QMS, SAP, operations excellence) where I can apply my skills and improve existing processes and systems.
