I am a Statistician and Business Data Analyst with over three years of experience in data analysis, statistical programming, business system analysis, and business automation. I have a deep understanding of customer life cycle, financial analysis, and intelligence analysis, and I possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. I have worked with various databases, including MySQL/SQL and Excel, and have experience with statistical analysis and computing. I am proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Monday, as well as reporting tools like Kumu, Facebook Analytics, and Zendesk. I am passionate about community building, networking, and reading inspirational books and magazines.

I have worked as a Data Analyst at Watu Credit since 2020, where i analyzed user requirements, used business intelligence tools to visualize data, and managed projects using Agile methodologies. Prior to that, i worked as a Sales Associate at Aua Industries, where i monitored competitor activities and market trends, developed relationships with customers, and managed debt for overdue payments. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative at Uniform Distributors and as a Health Information System Assistant at Impact Research and Development Organization. In addition, I completed an internship at Moi University Sacco Ltd and worked as an Accounts Assistant at Nakuru County Government. Throughout My career, i have achieved various accomplishments such as growing credit portfolios, clearing outstanding loan balances, and recommending relationships with superior vendors to decrease asset expenses.
