I am an experienced Civil Engineer with over three years experience in road construction and maintenance.

I am passionate about sustainable, efficient and cost effective engineering methods to provide viable solutions to modern methods.

I work in a methodical manner to offer solutions to difficult engineering tasks. I work well with others and do not mind delegating duties to my team. I can work with minimal supervision to deliver tasks and duties on time.

Moreover, I am able to use engineering software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD and Revit.

I am a Civil Engineer.

I have worked with Kenya National Highways Authority on a one year Fixed Term Contract as a Grade 6 Engineer where I worked with a team of assistant engineers, surveyors and contractor's staff to ensure delivery of company's goals which include improvement of road safety through increasing traffic signs, markings, installation of  standard speed bumps to name but a few. I also visited the projects during formal inspections to ensure achievement of high maintenance standards such as cleaning of carriageways and drainage, clearing of vegetation, pothole patching and maintenance of existing road markings to minimise carriageway damage.

Furthermore, I worked under the Office of the Resident Engineer for The Construction of the Link Road from Lamu Port to the Lamu - Garsen Road for two years which gave me experience in geometric design of roads using Civil 3D, Site Supervision, Quality Control of construction materials and report writing.
