I possess a diploma in supply chain management and I have held the position of a procurement officer for the last five years with a well-established company. During this time, I have gained extensive knowledge pertaining to purchasing materials and other goods directly from manufacturers. My experience includes supervising the purchase made by the company to ensure they are receiving the best quality for the best price. It is also my job to handle and resolve any issues associated with business expenses. My duties involves handling administrative issues such as reviewing company procurement procedures and policies and making revisions when necessary. I possess excellent decision making skills and the ability to do research needed to obtain the best price for all the purchases made. I have outstanding negation skills with the ability to create and maintain a great working relationship with the suppliers and vendors. Experience
My areas of focus varies from; raising of Purchase Order/Service orders, sourcing of quotations from different suppliers to make sure we get the most competitive price in the market, maintaining meaningful supplier relationship, receiving of goods as per the Purchase Order specifications, creating control measures for inventory management while following organization and government procurement policy and guidelines.

I am a holder of Diploma in supplies and Procurement Management and a member of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). I come from a solid technical background with strong interest in implementing procurement procedures
