Paul Kinyanjui

I am Micro, SME and commercial banking specialist, certified in Moody’s Credit Risk Curriculum. My working experience stems over 11 years in banking across various institutions.   

I have over 11 years of work experience as a Micro credit & group lending officer, Credit manager and commercial banking relationship manager with Equity bank and Standard chartered bank. I have also had an opportunity of attending leadership skills forums during my time at Equity Bank limited. I am currently practicing consultancy in SME and entrepreneurship policy development under a company called Synergy Sport Consult limited.

My experience and expertise in group lending, SME and commercial lending coupled with solid analytical skills make me an ideal candidate for this position. During my time in Equity bank I mobilized and worked with youth, women and mixed groups in Kerugoya, Kagio, Nanyuki Kawangware, Toi Market, and Kikuyu areas and clearly understand group dynamics. 

During my time at Standard Chartered Bank Limited, my analytical skills were sharpened through trainings and certifications that include Moodys credit analytical certification and Credit Risk Curriculum certification which enabled me to conduct end to end application, analysis and conclusive report writing of a business credit application using the appropriate credit risk analysis framework.
