Patience Mukami

I am a Dean and Lead Teacher at Caplora International School, a multicultural and diverse learning institution. I have a Diploma in Education and multiple certificates in psychology, customer care, and online teaching. I am passionate about education and continuous learning and improvement.

In my current role, I oversee and maintain academic data, spearhead educational programs, and manage conflict resolutions. I also create and communicate plans, review curriculum, and grade and evaluate student assignments. I work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to help students reach their learning goals and potential. I have adapted to the challenges and opportunities of online teaching, using various technologies and methods to engage and motivate students. I believe in creating a stimulating and supportive environment for students to express their creativity and curiosity freely.
