I am a Freelance Social Media Marketing Manager looking to work with brands and businesses both start-ups and established. As a Social Media Marketing professional with 2+ years of experience, I understand what it takes to meet the needs of various audiences. As well as how to use feedback to conduct new digital campaigns and strategies, a skillset I’d love to bring to your marketing team. 

I’m fluent in key social media platforms, with an emphasis on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Google Business. My exceptional content creation and written communication skills allow me to craft effective posts and videos that inspire user engagement and drive traffic. I’m also comfortable with softwares such as Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Capcut, Inshot, Metricool, Canva and Later alongside experience in managing a regular content schedule.

In addition, I am proficient in analyzing a set of data and semantics from social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. I’m then able to interpret and draw solutions from these sets of data and successfully strategize future social media campaigns based on them. 

I have a passion for social media because it’s an effective tool for connecting people, and I’m an inherently social person. I enjoy communicating and developing positive relationships with consumers of different backgrounds, and also thrive when executing social media campaigns, regardless of the target demographic.

1. Successfully Monitored and Managed the online presence of the Company’s brand through Caption writing, Video shooting & editing, Planning and scheduling content, monthly insight reports.
2. Developed an online marketing and influencer campaign which effectively increased followers by 5,000+ and driving brand awareness. 
3. Maintained strong social media and brand presence across the company’s Social networking tools Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Business.
4. Content Strategy – Responsible for all online presence content, creation and implementation of the social media content strategy to ensure consumer engagement objectives are met. 
5. Community Management - Answering customers’ enquiries and giving advice on products and their prices.
6. Create and Implementing marketing campaigns that ran on all social media platforms.
7. Assisting in physical day-to-day business operations, customer care and daily sales.
8. Creation and designing of posters through Canva that were used on the Companys’ Social Media platforms.
