I am a highly organized, innovative Information Technology specialist with a proven track record in IT Management, Technical Support, and Project Management and various proven skills in the Information Technology field.  Collaboratively offer technical support, specialized training, mentoring and capacity building of staff.

  Manage information technology and computer systems. Some of the key areas are: 

Managing companies XG Firewall (SOPHOS) and ensuring all SD RED deployed in different branches country wide are up and running. 

Management of the company’s email domains on Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft power apps. Installation, use and maintenance of SAP HANA . 

Analyzing sales reports on market niches and trends using Power BI OR Tableau Managing employee Info, Stock, and sales on MySQL DB, SAP HANA. 

Installation and maintenance of VOIP/IP TELEPHONY gadgets. 

 Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations 

 Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising the performance

  Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and Procedures.

 Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems .

 Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy  Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

ACHIEVEMENTS
 At Jumbo Steel Mills I had the opportunity to become the project lead of all IT infrastructure in the newly built factory in Kisumu currently the HQ (Designed the network and all the requirements entailing IT in the main HQ office and the entire factory and did everything in-house under my leadership).
 Pioneered a working IT department in Jumbo Steel Mills and steered it to perfume according to the policies I designed.
 Made sure that the companies (Jumbo Steel Mills) data Centre had a remote back-up Centre at ADC Nairobi and a Virtual Cloud based environment to ensure all companies files and ERP system was safe.
 Centralized all IT operations to HQ. This was made possible by Installing SOPHOS XG firewalls and SD RED on sites country wide to ensure all employees access the ERP from a central point.
