I hold a Diploma in Supplies and management from Kenya Institute of Management – Nairobi, a driving license of class BCE and a computer packages certificate from Reward Institute - Nairobi. For the years I have worked I have gained experiences in stock taking, updating store ledger cards, souring for suppliers, bid analysis, writing Local Purchase Orders, taking part in the tender committee,  Arranging items in the store, recording entries in S11 and S13, receiving and issuing of goods, packing and checking that goods are in right order, arranging good and labeling goods in the store, entering goods in the database in the computer, insuring that goods in the store are in good condition, keeping records of the stationery, procurement of goods, updating records, typing, photocopying, binding and scanning of documents posting entries into stock ledger card, vehicle tracking, raising requesting with procurement for spare parts, giving reports on the trucks repair progress, assigning the mechanics duties on tracks, filing the job cards per truck for repairs and cost of spare parts, preparing mechanical report on expected trucks and give it to mechanics for planning for the truck arrives, hand over the old removed spare parts to the store, report on the process of trucks that break on the highway
