Troubleshooting– Ability to troubleshoot and to fix the problems in a speedy manner and by so
doing can keep the system up-to-date at all times.
Set up and Maintenance: Ability to install software programs and drivers, setting up
networks of computers and printers, configuring of switches, routers for wireless
connections and LAN connection, securing connections using various firewall
technologies.
End-user support: Ability to provide end-user Desktop support
Expert in windows virtualization: ability to configure and use different virtual machines
software for example virtual box
CCTV monitoring and control: Knowledge on how to monitor CCTV cameras
Object oriented programming: knowledge on object oriented programming
