Mr. Oluoch-Olunya is the Founding Partner at Oluoch-Olunya & Associates Advocates. He specializes in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation, he has led advisory services to Multinational Companies from Europe, North America, The Middle East and Asia investing in Kenya. He conducts legal audit and regulatory compliance services for investors that are integral to the investing Companies’ successful set up and operation in Kenya. Mr Oluoch-Olunya legal advisory and transactional advisory services have been for a cross section of corporate clients in mining, mobile telecommunications, banking, financial services, construction, renewable energy and the petroleum sectors.
Mr Oluoch-Olunya also has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements and project financing. He has extensive experience in arbitration in construction disputes.
Mr. Oluoch-Olunya is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kenya’s Export Processing Zones Authority, a parastatal responsibility for Promoting and facilitating export oriented investments and develop an enabling environment in Kenya.
 

Mr Oluoch-Olunya was admitted to the Kenya Bar in 1998. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Portsmouth, Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Buckingham, Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law Guildford, England and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is also a Notary Public and Patent Agent.
