Currently serving as Group Legal & Secretarial Manager and Company Secretary at Davis & Shirtliff Limited, I provide strategic legal leadership across the Group’s African operations. I oversees litigation portfolio management, coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions, I advise executive management on financial and risk implications of disputes. I am responsible for contract negotiation and drafting across diverse commercial transactions, lease management, and safeguarding the organization’s legal interests. In my capacity as Company Secretary, I prepare and manage board documentation, statutory filings, corporate restructuring processes, incorporation of new entities across Africa, and ensure compliance with Companies Acts in multiple jurisdictions
