I am a hardworking and dedicated individual looking to utilize personal intellect and professional experience to improve learners perfomance.

My aim aside from perfomance is using simplest ways to crack the mindset and attitude of learners and hence to make the learner have a deeper interest in learning.

Apart  from being an educator am also a human resource expert ;enhancing institution communication and also using a human as a resource to improve productivity of an organisation.

            Duties and responsibilities.

  • Managing workflow.
  • Creating and managing team schedules.
  • Reporting to human resource manager and senior management.
  • Evaluating performance and providing feedback.
  • Helping resolve employee issues and disputes.
  • Ensure there is good communication channel between different departments   .

2022 APRIL TO AUGUST; MOI SECONDARY NAKURU –ATTACHMENT

          Duties and responsibilities.                        

  • Student facilitator in Mathematics and Physics , handled daily classroom setting while learning as well as observing students’ behavior and progress.
  • Participating in departmental and staff meetings aimed at sharing experiences and building interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.
  • Implementing of the curriculum through teaching and analyzing the syllabus .
  • Ensured that there was an effective assessment  , recording and reporting learners’ progress.

 

 

2023 JANUARY-    ANESTAR SCHOOLS-HEAD OF PHYSICS.

      Duties and responsibilities

  • Teaching and following up of learners progress.
  • Administering and supervising the physics department and ensuring all the documents are kept well.
  • Monitoring  all the practicals being administered and ensuring what is required is available.
