My main focus is writing and editing user documentation, technical manuals, online help files, and other technical content. I am adept at developing, organizing, and presenting technical information to target audiences. I am also experienced in creating and maintaining online help systems and online support resources. Additionally, I have a strong understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as various content management systems.
