Besides my good ability to work under pressure, I possess good communication skills (fluency in both English and Swahili) and an assertive independent and flexible attitude that makes a good team leader and player in today's dynamic information sector. I not only possess the necessary requirements but also have my strengths in conflict resolution, socializing on a professional level, fact-finding, crisis management as well as resource deployment.

I am disciplined, have a strong work ethic, I am a team player, fast learner and stickler for the rules. In my experience I was involved in Support of all Client Hardware and Software, record complaints and checked them off as per SLA, Developed customer specific SLAs, keeping in mind critical systems and downtimes that had to be minimized and documented, planning, executing and Managing Company projects as well as resource allocation.
