 In my career path I have gained experience in project planning, management, monitoring and evaluation. I have also gained skills in advocacy, report writing in addition to training and facilitation over the years.

Having worked with a team of consultants, researchers, senior managers and a number of specialist, I have developed good interpersonal skills and I am a team player who values the contribution of all team members. I have tracked project activities against plans and budget to establish performance. Likewise, I monitored projects by going to the field, reviewing activities with beneficiaries and following up. I am also skilled in data packages which are used in data analysis and report writing.

I am an honest person who values accountability and transparency. This has been demonstrated in the manner in which I have handled organizational resources (Financial or otherwise).

Experience

2018 Jan - SEPT 2018:- managed to conduct a research on maternal health care through team work using the LQUAS system of research, identifying gaps in maternal health care
provision in Migori County and provided necessary referral to the children and mothers in need of maternal health care.


• 2017: - Lead a team of 71 field officers to enumerate and conducted a baseline survey for over
40,000 households in Siaya County that were considered for universal cash transfer for a period of 12 years. The project was done in collaboration with Give directly who was the implementing partner.


• 2017: -My team emerged the best during the Universal Basic Income program with the best quality data and highest numbers of enrollment


• 2016: -Sustained, generated/ improved security & health concerns in Samburu and Nyeri Counties with regard to Non-Communicable diseases while working at IPA in collaboration
with pharmaceutical company Norvatis


• 2014-2015: -Met deadlines in PEFRA funded projects at Impact Research & Development Organization (TASCO & IPS programs, with regard to H.I.V/A.I.D.S, Cervical cancer & STI’s)


• 2012-2013: - Trained a total of 30 CBO’s encompassing women , men and OVC’s bereaved by H.I.V/A.I.D.S on how to be self-reliant after the death of their families bread winners


• 2011: - Pre- Qualified service provider USA President Malaria Initiative fund conducted by RTI International
• 2010: - Part-time Policy Researcher at Center For Research and Technology Development dubbed “Effects of Climate Change in The Lake Victoria Basin”
