I am a result oriented, self driven individual with background in human resource management. I am passionate about employee relation  and their needs. I am well equipped with human resource process, communication skills, leadership skills and marketing strategies. I thrive in a creative thinking environment. I am a fresh graduate. 

My coursework in psychology and business management has given me an understanding of employee behavior and organizational dynamics. This makes me well equipped to handle tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and performance evaluation. My communication skills through presentations, group projects and public speaking has instilled in me the ability to convey ideas and collaborate with people.
