I have a Bachelor's degree of Education, second class- upper division from Kenyatta University, a postgraduate diploma Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management and a registered member of Institute of Human Resource Managers (IHRM), certificate in banking operations, certificate in operational health and safety, certificate in customer service and experience among other online short courses.

Experience

  I have in-depth knowledge and very reliable experience and expertise in operations management, customer service, sales and management, experience, administration and human resource Consulting, arbitration, compliance and understanding of labor laws act provisions as a representative of central staff union in standard chartered bank (Kenya), by reading HR related work and through several trainings.

                My proven communication skills, Self-starter skills, great team worker, excellent in time management, tested and proven administrative and human resource management skills as a people manager at Standard chartered bank, good analytical and reporting skill, understanding of human resource issues, willingness to learn new skills and take up challenging tasks, I assure that you will find me a worthy employee of your organization. Through the application of my intellectual capabilities and the ability to work effectively with staff at different levels of the organization I will be able to deliver optimally with the available resources. 

In my working experience at Standard Chartered bank, I was in charge of both human resource and operational roles including people management, Head count management, Vendor management, Risk assessment, management and mitigation, Budgeting, training of new staff and others on attachment in my department, Record keeping and reviewing job descriptions for my reportees. 

As a director at Mbooni water and sanitation company, I have assisted in formulation of policies and regulations e.g. water mechanization, digitization of water supply, monitoring, finance and Human resource among other currently approved for implementation.

In my current role as an associate director at Kamingo fabricators which is a medium company, I have further perfected my sales and marketing skills my meeting new clients who cut across a big divide. I have also advance my knowledge in sales and marketing more so in social media and tele-marketing.

Currently as a customer care executive at Huduma centre, providing clients with details and requirements for service required, providing clients with information about status of their applications e.g. birth and death certificates, receiving and processing new client applications for birth and death certificates, Issuing clients with their ready documents, recording and filling client applications. In this role, I have received several client comments directly from the clients and indirectly from my colleagues.
