I am a Business and Enterprise Solution Architect with over 27 years’ experience.

I am an enterprising and result-oriented leader with a natural ability to create new businesses and forge loyalty with clients, vendors and external business partners. I identify and capitalize on emerging business trends and opportunities to propel an organization to the top tier of its industry. I employ motivational management style with a proven history of building, guiding and retaining high-performance teams to develop and implement strategies for accelerated growth. I strive to optimize operations, reduce costs and improve service quality while strengthening the bottom line. 

My key strengths are in "outside the box" thinking and solution creation, strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, maintenance of internal control systems, reporting, financial analysis, management and implementation of complex multi-faceted projects of any nature in any industry.

Over the years, I have gained mastery experience in management of technical and business projects, with special emphasis on Project Management, Business Process Re-Engineering, Change Management, Risk Management, Market entry for new innovations/products, Customer Retention and staying ahead of the curve with competitors.

Throughout my 27-year career, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to plan, direct, and coordinate ICT operations while ensuring adherence to policies, guidelines, standards, and strategies. I have a proven track record of effectively managing budgets, resources, and projects to drive accelerated growth and optimize operations. Additionally, my expertise in business process re-engineering and change management has enabled me to identify emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions to improve service delivery.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Egerton University, Kenya. I have also completed specialized training as a Consultant in SAP OIL & GAS Downstream from SAP ACADEMY, Walldorf Germany. My technological skills include expertise in SAP R3, as well as proficiency in various business reporting packages and computing applications.
