From September 2019 to October 2023, I worked at Sun King in different capacities. Started as a sales agent and left as the Area Business Manager, Ganze. My role was to support the development, implementation and review of sales strategies and plans, overall performance and drive attainment of set goals. I managed sales and collection, ensuring all due collections are collected and follow up made. I oversee recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance review and appraisal of sales agents. I did a fast-tracking and resolution of customer complaints and queries to improve customer satisfaction and experience.

I hold a Bachelor of Agribusiness Management. I handed Knowledge on Financial, economical and entrepreneurship aspects in both agriculture and business sectors
