• Remote Cheque capture: Testing and Solution Implementation. Supported in Creation of process bots to automate virtual processing.

• Document preparation: Account maintenance, payments processing and customer service.

• Sales of the Nakumatt visa card entailing meeting of sales targets, customer maintenance, customer service, customer relationship management and lead generation.
• Management of customer and partnership relations for the Nakumatt Visa merger card.
• Communications champion for card including training on bank policy, and relaying communications across operations staff from the leadership.
