About Ndiba Wairioko:

I am a driven, innovative and assertive but collaborative healthcare executive and practitioner. Over the course of my career I have demanded alot from myself and have expected the same from those I work with. I value discipline, organization and consistency within the work environment but also look to out of the box thinking in ideation and strategy development and implementation. I strongly believe in a systems approach to work and management, convinced that a holistic, stepwise approach to the  planning, implementation and evaluation is the key to business success and growth. I value loyalty and personal belief in the work that one does and look for the same the teams within which I work and or lead.

At a personal level, I am outgoing, with strong communication skills and a solid but restricted network. I am a husband and father and look to family for inspiration and support. I am a weekend golfer as well a cyclist and belong to a couple of sports related clubs.
