Am  Naomi Anindo Nandie 28years old am a diploma holder at kitale National Polytechnic, I graduated on 2017, am the 4th born I a family of 8, I have been able  to work in two organization the first one is ministry of agriculture procurement department bungoma county as an internship and step and fly limited as a field officer, credit officer and senior credit officer, I like being honest, transparent,team player, reliable when performing my duties

Preparation of local purchase order/service
Maintenance of requisition register
Maintaining and updating the asset register
Updating of vehicle logbooks
Issuing and receiving of work ticket.
Compilation of documents required for payment and sending them to finance department for processing.
Updating of suppliers register
Obtaining quotations from suppliers
Evaluation of the quotations
Managing of stores and stock control
Opening new files and closing the old files.

ACHIEVEMENTS
Managed to follow up on all local purchase orders which helped in paying suppliers who claim for payments.
Rearrange the store for easy movement which has helped in minimizing case of accident while in the store.

Oversee the production and maintenance of the portfolio data base and reports
Ensure that the portfolio is appropriately risk rated and adequately reserved
Perform other duties as assigned
Working closely with branch manager in ensuring that branch runs smoothly
Provide support to junior staffs by guiding them on how work is done and being there for them when assistant is needed
Undertaking all the duties of a credit officer that are listed above
Ensuring that all forms ie registration, loan forms are dully filled and complied before taken to the head quarter
Monitoring of branch facilitation allocated.
Calculate financial ratio ie credit score
