Naomi Munywoki

I am a 32 year old mother of two from Kenya whose passion lies within customer relations and interaction. As well as my degree in International Relations, I hold a diploma in business management from Kenya methodist university. I am happy when I make customers happy. I have been in sales and marketing, which deals a lot with cusomer sevice , for about five years and would like to transition smoothly to full time customer relations and sales management. I am good at leadership, peace and conflict resolution and especially working under pressure. I am proficient in all modern technology that is suitable for working environment and have a strong ability to drive sales to reach and even exceed targets.Last but not least, I am  open to travel as work requires, and to work remotely as well as on site.

I have been a real estate consultant for the past three years. Before that I worked as sales supervisor and at the very beginning of my career when I completed university, I worked as a telesales customer service support agent for a call centre.
