As a recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance and currently undertaking CPA, I am seeking an entry-level role in the fi eld that will allow me to utilize my skills and knowledge. I recently had an internship at NHIF end of last year and some of my responsibilities were:

-Processing and payment of hospital claims within 16 days Processing accounts payable: 

-posting payable claims and initiating EFT -Controlling records using the register movement book Data capturing of documents brought in by hospitals

-Checking of data captured in the system 

-Claims approval for payment processing 

-Verif i cation of valid documents for registration of new members 

-Filing of registration forms manually Keeping records efficiently in cabinets 

-Capturing of fingerprints of NHIF members Processing, storage, and retrieval of documents

I recently graduated in Bachelor of commerce (finance option) with second class honours(upper); and taking CPA section 5 classes.
