Nancy Kimani

I am a Masters in Business Administration  ( Project Management) student awaiting graduation. I have extensive knowledge of Project Management and  Monitoring and evaluation; MS Office programs, data collection, quality assurance, processing and statistical analysis like SPSS, STATA, KOBO collect and Power BI
My experience includes monitoring design projects, training new staff and coordinating with the staff and different departments handling each project to ensure all phases of the plan are going according to schedule. It also includes creating new proposals for projects, preparing reports and giving presentations to explain the proposals. 
I have wonderful communication, research and analytical skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Kiswahili which are vital when building professional networks. 
I am a strong self-starter, able to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities with a positive perspective towards community work with an emphasis on the ability to learn from communities and support innovative approaches to problem-solving. I'm versatile and  can even work independently and as part of a multicultural, multi-location, values-driven team.
