My greatest attributes that would help me succeed in this role are: 

· I've managed projects in the construction industry while increasing quality and saving company profits.

· I have about 3 years of experience working in the oil and gas sector as both a civil engineer and project coordinator.

· I have worked as factory manager in a precast manufacturing factory managing over 200 workers setting a production record that still stands as the best in terms of quantity and quality.

· I've implemented work schedules and guidelines successfully, which has enhanced production on-site.

· I strive continually for excellence. 

· As a procurement manager in the oil and gas industry, I have provided exceptional contributions to customer service for all suppliers I deal. 

· Due to my gregarious nature, I am able to adapt anywhere I am taken.

With a (Degree) BSc. in Civil Engineering, I have a comprehensive understanding of civil and structural engineering as a whole and its branches which include Site Management, Cost planning, Interpretation of schematic drawings and Preparation of bill of quantities & Project Schedules. 

· Currently the project manager at projects for China WuYi (Kenya) Precast Co., Ltd. One of the projects just conluded is the construction of rose avenue shopping centre owned by RH Devani co., ltd and main anchor tenants being carrefour. 

· Project support & civil engineer for Lex oilfield solution in the oil and gas sector (constructing pipeline for exporting crude from kenya to Malaysia and Germany).

· Construction site manager for Nam builders (construction of maisonette in Ruiru kenya for residential use).

· Civil engineer for Ongata works limited in construction of 13 storey modern hostels at Chuka University Kenya.

· A procurement manager for Commacon ltd Mombasa in the oil and gas industry, making sure construction teams had all material needed for production/work.
