Having worked in diverse environments and mingled with learners with varying degrees of ability I have proven ability to build student self esteem and encourage understanding of cultural diversity,gender differences and physical limitations.My strong initiative,exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure combined with my experience allow me to work in a fast paced teaching environment hence making me a great asset to your team of instructors.
