Mustaffa Ashiali

Am Mustaffa Ashiali kenyan aged 25 years. I graduated with a degree in Finance from Mount Kenya University  where I developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and investment strategy. During my studies, I completed an internship at  Mumias level iv hospital and also currently at Angrac Company, where I assist in preparing financial reports and analyzing budget variances. I’m detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to apply what I’ve learned in a professional setting. I’m especially interested in working in a role where I can support investment decisions and learn from experienced professionals in the finance industry

1.Accounts Intern: August 2024 to February 2025- Mumias level iv Hospital.

Duties.

I)Dealt with accounts Receivables and accounts payables.

Ii)Daily reconciliations of sales 

Iii)Filing of statutory i.e PAYEE, SHA, NITA LEVY  ,HOUSING LEVY AND  NSSF.

Iv)Preparing of expenditure  report and summaries for management 

V)Preparing of EFT'S for suppliers and company employees. 

Vi)Preparing of monthly cashbooks and Financial Statements. 

2.Junior Accountant : February 2025-To date -Angrac Company.

Duties.

I).Daily reconciliations of sales and revenue accounts.

Ii)Posting of sales analysis into Sage,

Iii)Booking and tracking of suppliers invoices through sage.

III) Preparing of withdrawal schedules every Monday to determine revenue generated in one week.

Iv)Filing of statutory i.e PAYEE, SHA, NITA LEVY  ,HOUSING LEVY AND  NSSF.

V) Writing and printing of cheque through software and taken for signing,

Vi) Receiving of Invoices in the POS systems like NEXX ,ODYSSEY AND BUSY,and generating the Goods received voucher.

VIi)Preparing of monthly reports which is presented in every monthly meeting.and this also help determine revenue generated for the whole month.
