Munyiva Nzangi

I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate with hands-on experience in procurement and data management through roles at both Kenya National Bureau of Statistics and Safaricom PLC. During my internship in the Procure-to-Pay department at Safaricom, I gained practical knowledge in supplier management, invoice processing, and procurement systems. At KNBS, I developed strong data handling and reporting skills while supporting national statistics projects. These experiences have strengthened my analytical thinking, professionalism and ability to work in structured, process-driven environments. I am now eager to apply my skills in a dynamic organization where I can contribute to operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

I have hands-on experience in procurement and data operations, gained through an internship at Safaricom PLC in the Procure-to-Pay finance department and an industrial attachment at the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics. At Safaricom, I supported procurement processes including invoice verification, supplier data management and SAP system tasks. At KNBS, I assisted in data entry, analysis and administrative support for national survey projects. These experiences have built my skills in accuracy, organization and understanding of both public and private sector operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Meru university of science and technology, which equipped me with strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. My studies covered data analysis, statistical modeling and research methods, which I applied in both academic projects and professional settings.

I am also currently pursuing my Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification, which is further strengthening my understanding of financial reporting, auditing and cost management. This combination of statistical and accounting knowledge positions me well for roles that require both data-driven decision-making and financial accuracy.
