I AM A GRADUATE OF PROCUREMENT AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT WHERE I LEARNT PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION SKILLS. I AM LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY IN MANAGING SUPPLIES PROCEDURE. I AM FLEXIBLE AND OPEN FOR TRAINING.

I was an Intern from January 2022 - August 2022 at Athi Water Works Development Agency

My responsibilit were:

 Issuing of inventories to the user department.

Updating ledger sheet.

Stock taking, spot checking.

Preparing Minutes.

Purchasing of items that are needed in AWWDA’s location.

Receiving of goods and updating in the system goods received note (GRN).

Preparing of store issuance voucher.

Receiving goods and preparing inspection certificate.

Updating bin cards to balance the physical stock and what is in the system, among other functions.

Preparing professional opinion.

Preparing Request For Quotation and issue them to suppliers.

Currently doing a diploma in Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS Level 4)) at Oshwal College.
